The location was excellent, relatively near Muurhuizen Street. the bus stop was 100 meters away. - We had a standard room with a bathtub and plenty of windows. - the breakfast had lots of options, including cereals, pastries, and cheese.

Miscommunication between hotel staff when check-in and during check-out the hotel about paying the bill's. They don't know about their own rules. Frustrating the customer. To expensive for the value received.

Cleanliness, good bed, bathroom, well instructed and friendly reception staff. Whereas sister NH hotel in Utrecht (twice!!) and The Hague try to charge you extra for double bed after booking, by selling an 'upgraded room', the Amersfoort located hotel kept its promise right away.
