I was impressed by the luxurious bedding experience. The pillows and mattress. The breakfast buffet was really good, with a good variety that kept me excited for each morning. The hotel's proximity to the historic downtown made exploring the cobbled streets easy.

Miscommunication between hotel staff when check-in and during check-out the hotel about paying the bill's. They don't know about their own rules. Frustrating the customer. To expensive for the value received.

Proximity to train station, access to city amenities, stylish modern decor

Wi-Fi service utterly unreliable!!! Parking fees are exorbitantly high!!! Air conditioning barely effective in rooms!!! Cleanliness in bathrooms needs serious improvement!!! Limited variety in vending machine snacks!!!

Cleanliness, good bed, bathroom, well instructed and friendly reception staff. Whereas sister NH hotel in Utrecht (twice!!) and The Hague try to charge you extra for double bed after booking, by selling an 'upgraded room', the Amersfoort located hotel kept its promise right away.

the breakfast was very good with omelets etc to order, and the food was good. it had central location close to culinair museum. the bus stop was 5 minutes' walk away.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short stroll to the train station and city center. My room was clean, with plenty of space to move around. I appreciated the comfortable bedding. The breakfast buffet caught my eye-great variety and tasty options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh coffee available every morning. One downside was the internet speed. It struggled during peak times. I found the room air conditioning a bit hit or miss, as it didn't cool effectively. The staff were nice, especially during check-in, made for a smooth start. A few more coffee pods in the room would have been nice too-a minor detail but one that would enhance the stay.

Excellent location and perfect access to all important cities by train. 2 minutes walks to city centre and 2-3 min to train station

Best hospitality ever!

Super modern place. Staff was super chill, especially Pieter-he. Room was really nice and comfy, had a great view. Breakfast was tasty, but really pricey at €17. Just watch out for the strange toilet layout, took some getting used to. Still, loved it!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, in particular in guiding us round the town.

Good facilities, good quality rooms

Very poor value for money for bedroom+ 19 Euros for a breakfast is a rip off.

The hotel was super comfy and the staff was friendly and polite. It was awesome to have refreshing drinks like mint water and fruit offered for free, especially during the hot weather. The location is perfect, just a few mins walk from the train station and the city center. Checking in was easy and my room was clean with tea and coffee making stuff. I had a great sleep both nights!

Excellent clean and well located hotel, at 200 m from railway station and 500 m from city centre.

Perfect and excellent position, nearby the train station. Walking distance to commercial centres and shops across the street. A nice size and well-kept rooms with couch, very good services.
